Saturn is a yogakāraka for Libra lagna by virtue of owning the 4th and fifth houses and its placement in the 12th house definitely generates rājayoga. Secondly, Moon cannot suo-moto cause rājayoga for Libra lagna die to its ownership of kendra as a natural benefic in addition to being natural enemy of Libra lagna lord Venus. Therefore Moon needs to be goaded to give rājayoga through remedies. If the Moon conjoins Saturn, it gives rise to a rājayoga caused by the conjunction of the lords of kendra and koṇa. This rājayoga is activated through worship and prayers as Saturn is 5th lord. Jupiter is a functional malefic planet for Libra lagna and its placement in the 12th house generates a viparīta yoga. However in conjunction with the lords of the other good houses it does not generate any rājayoga. Instead it tends to spoil them. It can cause separation from children (or loss/delay in child) or elder siblings and also some suffering due to colleagues and seniors at work. The effect of the Gajakesari yoga of Moon and Jupiter shall come at a more advanced age and will surely work through mysterious means. The native shall have a very good heart and shall be blessed to have a very good spiritual path from a good guru. The conjunction of the 5th and 5th lords does generate a dhīmanta yoga which makes the native an expert in all kinds of startups and great enterprise. He should go to such places where his enterprise and fantastic innovative qualities are recognized and valued. Foreign is an option only if it is better than home in this matter.
